Matt Wieber

Matt started selling real estate in the St. Cloud area after graduating from St. John's University, in nearby Collegeville, MN. Since 1998 he has worked at Coldwell Banker Burnet and Premier Real Estate Services, often recognized as the top annual producer in the company. Matt leads a small team that has produced more than $300 million in sales volume. He is ranked in the top 1% in sales in the area and he works across the spectrum from first-time buyer homes to million-dollar homes. Matt works with many corporate relocation clients and others new to the area. He has served on the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors and is a past chair of their Governmental Affairs committee.

Matt and his family love the quality of life in Central Minnesota and are happy to call St. Cloud home! After more than 20 years of selling real estate in St. Cloud, Matt started Agency North Real Estate to provide home buyers and sellers with excellence in their real estate experience.

Scott Lynch

Scott Lynch

With more than 20 years of experience, thousands of homes shown in his career and over $100 million in sales, Scott Lynch will exceed your real estate expectations. Scott started his career in 2001 while still studying at St. Cloud State University and loves what he does more each year. Since then, Scott has helped clients across Minnesota buy and sell real estate and has become our lakes and fishing expert. He was one of the top producers in his eight years at Premier Real Estate. He has also attained the advanced GRI designation and currently has over 125 five-star reviews on Zillow.

Roger Lahr

Roger grew up in the small central Minnesota town of Grey Eagle and now calls Sartell home. As an avid outdoorsman, he became familiar with the area lakes and woods. He received his undergraduate and Masters degree from St. Cloud State University.

Roger had a wonderful career teaching Social Studies in St. Cloud for 33 years. Upon his retirement from education in 2007, he began to pursue his passion for real estate. He prides himself on "educating" his clients about all phases of the process of buying and selling a property. He makes sure they have all the information required to make an informed decision on something as important as marketing or purchasing a home. Today, most of Roger’s business comes to him as referrals from satisfied customers. He takes great pride in the level of personal service he provides. His clients tell him they appreciate his straightforward, no pressure attitude.

Nadine Blais

Nadine Blais

Nadine has been a licensed Realtor since 2000. She manages the daily operations of the Matt Wieber Team to ensure they provide the best service possible to their clients, and that they continue to be the most productive team in town! She also enjoys working with clients of her own - whether it be past clients, new clients, or referrals! She grew up in the Sartell area and currently lives north of St. Cloud with her family. She knows the local market well and specializes in the Rice, Royalton, and Sartell areas!

Matt Volkers

Raised in St. Cloud, Matt Volkers knows the area well. He and his family enjoy many of the events and attractions the area has to offer, whether it is hiking through Quarry Park, jamming out at Summertime by George, or just visiting the newest local business. He makes an effort to “keep it local”. Matt enjoys getting involved in the community by volunteering and holding positions on community boards.

In his spare time, you can find Matt at the lake, camping, or visiting the north shore with his wife and two daughters. His hard work, charisma, and true passion for client service have helped Matt’s reputation as a knowledgeable realtor. He specializes in helping clients find their “move-up” home by selling their current home and finding that perfect one.

Brenda Fedor

Brenda's passion for interiors began during a successful 12-year career in managing retail furniture stores. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to leave the corporate world behind and launch her own company, Focal Point Decorating, in 2010 - and she's never looked back! She attained her real estate license when she joined the Matt Wieber team in 2016, giving her the unique ability to help her clients in all stages of the home buying, selling and decorating process.

As a Realtor, interior decorator and home staging professional, Brenda’s clients connect with her warm disposition while her knowledge and attention to detail gives them great confidence. Her design work uses new products and ideas while maintaining an appreciation for classic elements, producing remarkable results.

When she's not arranging furniture or selling homes, you can find her enjoying the simple pleasure of spending time with family, traveling or shamelessly binge-watching any number of true crime and forensic TV series.

Dustin Hanneman

A native to Fergus Falls, Minnesota, Dustin started selling real estate in the St. Cloud and surrounding area in 1999. Growing up in a small town, Dustin appreciates the close connections and friendships he has made with clients over the past 20+ years as a Realtor. Much of his business comes from referrals and past clients who continue to trust Dustin with all of their real estate questions and needs.

In 2013, Dustin formed a small Twin Cities-based real estate company which specialized in investment properties, remodeling homes, and helping clients buy and sell. The past 7 years of operating his company has gained him a large professional network and expertise in assisting clients with their real estate needs including residential, land and investment properties. Dustin has a deep understanding of the current market in both Central Minnesota and the Twin Cities. His goal is to make the process of buying or selling a home as simple and beneficial as possible for his clients.

Currently, Dustin lives in Cold Spring with his wife and two children. When Dustin is not helping clients, he enjoys boating on the lakes, traveling, playing racquetball and spending time with family.

Gary Rosin

Gary was born and raised in Mankato, MN. He moved with his family to Sartell in 1994 when he began his career at the Sartell Middle School, teaching sixth grade until he retired in June of 2020.

Gary has always enjoyed researching the real estate market and is excited for his next adventure. He joined Agency North in 2020 as his desire to deliver the highest level of professionalism and service aligns with the mission statement of the firm.

It is important to Gary that he listens to the needs of his clients to help them sell their home or find the right new home for the next stage in their life. He believes buying or selling a home should be an exciting and rewarding experience with your agent managing all of the important details of the transaction and communicating each step along the way.

George Fortier

George is a Central MN resident, born and raised in the local area. Growing up, he was involved in many extra-curricular activities through school and church. He graduated from Little Falls High School and completed a degree in Business Management from St. John’s University. His hobbies include spending time with family, golfing, hunting, fishing and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.

With over 14 years of experience, George specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, as well as income property throughout Central MN. George is the head of a team of six realtors that produced over $35 million in sales in 2020. He is ranked in the top 1% of sales in the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors and has also served on the Board of Directors for the association. He truly loves this area and prides himself on his knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, as well as related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.

Tom Glieden

Raised in Hutchinson, MN, Tom began his real estate career in 2006 in the St. Cloud community and has been committed to his clients for over 14 years. He strives for a partnership when working with his clients and looks forward to meeting their needs. Upon arriving in St. Cloud, Tom completed his bachelor's degree at St. Cloud State University and then obtained his real estate license shortly after. Since becoming a realtor Tom has completed hundreds of transactions, working with both buyers and sellers. Tom is proud to live in the St. Cloud area and is actively involved in the community through youth sports and mentoring opportunities in the local schools and colleges. Dillon Strand

A lifelong resident of central Minnesota, Dillon started his career in the construction and excavating industry, building and remodeling homes and digging basements for residential homes. Naturally, he became interested in the real estate industry and obtained his real estate license in 2014. Dillon values the time spent in his previous occupations as it allows him to share the knowledge that he gained with his clients.

His dedication to the industry, charismatic personality and work ethic have been the keys to his success. Dillon understands how important it is to be informed and takes pride in the fact that he always comes prepared. Alexandra Gardner

Alexandra started her real estate career in 2019 with Premier Real Estate. Her first-year success led to her being awarded Rookie of the Year, with first year sales exceeding $4 million. She works throughout Minnesota with buyers, sellers, and investors. Alexandra takes pride in exceeding client expectations which led her to align her career with Agency North Real Estate in 2020.

Alexandra, a native of central MN, grew up on the Chain of Lakes in Cold Spring. She resides with her husband and 4 children in Albany MN. When not working, Alexandra enjoys camping, being out on the lake, golfing, playing on a local kickball league, and taking on various household projects.

Jeff Udy

Before becoming a realtor, Jeff spent over 20 years in management positions for both the restaurant and retail industries. He has been a member of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce for 6 years including terms as chair and vice chair of the Location Committee. Jeff’s strong customer service background carries over into his real estate practice as he provides friendly and professional service to those looking to purchase and sell residential property.

Jeff’s community involvement has included work with the March of Dimes organization and The American Cancer Society. His favorite hobbies include golfing, ice fishing, cooking, camping, spending time with family and any activity that allows him to show off his competitive spirit.

Chelsey Hanson

Chelsey, a newly licensed realtor, started her real estate career assisting in the daily operations of the George Fortier Team. Her strong organizational and communication skills ensure that the team creates long lasting business relationships as well as provides superior service to their clients.

Chelsey graduated from Foley High School and continued her education at St. Cloud State University, obtaining a Business Management degree. She currently lives in Foley and loves the small town feel of the area. She is known for her friendly nature and enjoys making new connections. In her spare time, Chelsey can be found at the gym, baking and cooking in the kitchen or exploring restaurants both near and far.
