Having had bought and sold a couple of times with less than impressive results from my realtors with respect to specific knowledge and understanding what I was looking for, it was a welcome relief when Matt took my wife and I out for a 2-day house hunt and I quickly noticed his attention to detail. Not only did he have everything lined up for a packed day of showings, but he also walked the entire house with us and his notebook and made notes of the smallest things for future reference including our comments about the homes. He pointed things out before we noticed them and that was also a first rather than just having someone parrot back your own comments and push for just getting an offer down. Not once did he pressure us into getting to our next showing or making a decision. He let us move at our pace and offered insight and suggestions at the perfect time. Between his soft touch at handling his clients and documenting things or looking them up for us even when they fell outside the corners of the page of a house contract, I give Matt the highest recommendation as he has raised the bar of what I will expect from a realtor in the future. He handled items in hours where previous realtors took days if not weeks to complete items.

Roger was the best thing that could’ve happened to us during this process as first time home buyers. He was honest with us to the point of being literally apologetic, which was so unnecessary because it was so helpful. Roger’s dedication to his clients is also outstanding. We locked ourselves out of our home on day one and Roger dropped everything and showed up 15 minutes later with a fishing pole and various (makeshift) tools to retrieve our keys from the counter. 5 stars without hesitation.

She showed me some properties that I self-identified first, those homes were not a good fit. She then put together search criteria based on my preferences and I started to see properties that were much better matches, delivered to my email. One of those properties I purchased. Nadine went above and beyond my expectations, effectively communicated all information requested and even helped find resources and services.
